“Exploring paradoxes has been the tensile force at the heart of my work. We live in a time defined by dichotomies — East vs West, digital vs analog, ancient vs modern, human vs machine. By occupying the space between these opposing forces, I seek to express the hyphenated condition of our contemporary life. As Oscar Wilde said ‘the way of paradoxes is the way of truth. To test reality we must see it on the tight rope.’ ” - HAN JINN
